Our multi-step process ensures a quality and durable floor is installed - every time!
1 - Prepare the concrete
We start by blowing out and vacuuming away any debris to ensure a clear work area.
We then utilize metal bond diamonds to grind the concrete down to a concrete surface profile that will ensure a lasting bond with the epoxy.
2 - 100% Solids Epoxy Base Coat
Next a base coat is applied to the grinded floor.
Our industrial-grade 100% solids epoxy is spread over the concrete slab using a squeegee, then back-rolled with a paint roller to ensure an even finish.
3 - Full Layer of decorative vinyl chips
We then apply your choice of colored vinyl flakes to the still wet epoxy. The flakes are thrown until the epoxy is no longer visible, forming another layer of aesthetic protection to your floor.
The epoxy is left to cure overnight, forming a lasting bond with both the concrete slab and vinyl flakes. The next morning, excess vinyl flakes are scraped and removed.
4 - Clear Urethane top-coat (Two applications)
The final step is two coats of highly durable, chemically resistant, & UV stable top coat, adding a third layer of durable protection to your floor.
The combination of the surface prep and the three-layer system create a durable and visually appealing, showroom-quality finish.
